Hi Friends,
I have more then 6 Years experience under NOC code 0112 (Human Resource Manager). But i have resigned this job. My bank has already given me experience letter with job description but the said job description match with NOC code 0112 from 30% to 40%. I have many tryed with my bank that they issue me job description letter as per my demand but bank does not give me letter according to me. Now what should i do?

I have been working with Bank Of America with NOC:2171. But my organization will never give in written in their letter head about my roles and responsibilities.I have inquired with my HR and they said a letter would be given stating by DOJ Current address,Current designation,Length of employment in the company and would also say that i don't owe any debts to the company. In IT dept for a company such as Bank Of America there are more than 100-200 process so its difficult for HR to provide each individuals role and responsibility.Kindly let me know what should i do next?Any response on this would be highly appreciated.

You/your lawyer can prepare a letter and you can get it signed from your supervisor or senior. Someone who knows what exactly you do everyday. This is best thing too because if Immigration call a person who signed your letter and is from HR department, then chances are things might get messy for you because that person will just read out generic letter, and might not even care answering it in proper way. Better get if from your immediate supervisor or senior who know what you do everyday, and also attach business card of the person who signed your letter. For formating, get one letter from HR department and copy the same format.

This was my personal opinion. Hope it helps.

Thank you very much Stanlee. This would help me a lot.I'm sure that my manager would provide me a reference letter but that wouldn't be on Bank Of America's letter head or with bank's seal. Manager's employee id. with bank's email address, providing roles and responsibility and with his visiting card will this things would be enough?

Yes, it should be fine. Try to get this letter notarized.
