as far as i know you have to do it via mail to same address where you send you applikation

Yeh but us there any specific form or I can just write a letter mentioning my new employer and etc

Which forms are you referring?

Both 005 and 003 and all CIC forms, u might also be ask to provide records of employment from your previous company, ure simply doing a whole new application but ure not going back to the queue

You will need to apply with the whole new package, like restart to the beginning. One thing is that just notify AINP before you do that, so they will keep your spot in line. You don't have to wait extra time ;D
