I have valid PGWP, to complete EE file under CEC, do I need to register in Job bank regardless if I have full time permanent job offer (NO LMIA) or no offer?
 
Is job bank activated?
I logged in after 3 months and there is a page in dashboard that is for "manage your profile"!
Do we need to complete that?
