Job Bank portal is useless ?

Q1. Is it useful to register with job bank.gc ? when I dig deeper into its job search tool, I could not find any postings.

Q2. How can secondary applicant use job bank ?
The secondary applicant has to use primary applicant's EE profile number and then what about job seeker validation code ?
I am lost, pls guide.

Job Bank really is for citizens or PR holders. you might find something on there that interests you but the employer might not want the hassle and expense of applying for a LMIA

Job Bank has very slim pickings in terms of role, Linkedin or Indeed are much better bets.
