Job bank and jobs in montreal( quebec)

Hi,
1.Is there any restriction that the EE aspirants should search for the jobs only through Job bank?

2. I found a matching job for my profile in a company's job portal( job not listed in job bank), can I apply for that?

3. I found matching jobs in quebec province, can I apply for them? when the employer has asked for only citizen and PR holders.

Job bank registration is no longer required for EE application. You can apply to whatever employer you want. However if you intend to go to Quebec, you can't apply through EE.
