Hello all,

I wanted to hire my sister as live-in caregiver from the Philippines.

I inquired through an agency and was advised that the job advertisement would be posted on the following websites:
  • National Job Bank (free)
  • Work BC (free)
  • New Canadian website ($99+)
  • Aboriginal Board ($290)
I didn't push through with using a representative because of the agency fee. Also, on the agreement it was specified that I would have to pay for the additional costs with the job advertisements; hence, I need your help.

Did anyone use any other job websites besides the ones listed above? Is indeed.com the same as Work BC when it comes to categorizing job websites? Is there an aboriginal website that is free?

Please advise.
