From what I've seen, it looks like people are getting their AOR fairly quickly... want to get it soon so I can apply for a SOWP

You can apply for SOWP with your PR application as well.

I swear it state your not supposed to submit with Permanent Residence application . You wait until you receive AOR and then apply . I could be wrong but I thought that’s what I heard.
 
Oh no no I was wrong I just confirmed on ircc. You are correct
