If the job is genuine there is nothing to worry about. they will double verify it and clear it.
 
They updated my medical as it was expired so is that a positive sign? Is it depicits that file process is about to complete??
Yes everything was genuine I provided them T4, and all other relevant documents

Medical expires automatically 1 year from the date you took the medical test. nothing to do with process complete

If all is good, then nothing else we can do, other than Sitting tight and fingers crossed.
 
Like they extend medical as one of my known frnd said that’s because they can’t issue copr in case it’s expired so they usually ask to do it again or extend it ?

As per call with customer care my background is not started until Jan52022.
