I got GU again but now i remember that it should be for biometrics fee refund
3 GU for completing refund sounds odd but no other chance

I did, but unfortunately can't tell if there was a GU because my representative has the acctto my account. Somebody in this forum told me that a bio refund might mean eligibility passed. I called IRCC and agent told me that my eligibility was passed. Good luck for you!
