Just read the letter saying Winnipeg office. Few days ago I was told that my file is at Sydney. It's out of blue. I assume they transfered my file to Winnipeg office right before today.

Probably they send file to different office for copr. I called ircc today they told my file is at Vancouver and they have printed my copr on 24 sept itself. But I havent received yet. in ecas u can check office if ur status is complete.

Does anybody know how many days it takes to get GCMS notes??

They are not issuing more DMs? No DM today I guess. Hope October would bring more Dm and CoPR.

I am Canadian Citizen but does it affect their application since they have got 20 points for Close Family Member in Saskatchewan?

No you can't leave Saskatchewan untill your family members get pr as you sponsor them so you have to be in Saskatchewan. They will eventually find out by employer record and your family members can loose their PR. And just to make sure call SINP on 1-833-613-0485
