Jan2021 intake | After JULY visa applicants with complete file

Hi

I am currently a Winter21/Jan21 intake student for Canada. I applied for visa on 13th August , Medicals updated on 22nd October, Biometrics on 17th November.

Post that no update yet.

I want know if anyone's visa processing started, like review eligibility started ? or at least got bvl ? Want to know for students who have applied after or in july for jan 2021 intake.

Your update will help us know if they are processing Jan intake students simultaneously or first finishing up fall/Sept intake students?

I applied on 15th August, complete application, eligibility review started on 22nd August, along with the first ghost update. Nothing in sept and oct. Two ghost updates this month, dated on 4th and 18th.

Yes they are processing winter intake applications as well, Is your college in Covid-19 Readiness DLI?, have you provided your Biometrics?

Ghost Update - When you log in, the application says it's been "updated" but none of the fields have changed. Once you logout and log back in, the application returns to being "submitted". Ghost updates are not announced by email and a candidate must check their profile daily to not miss them.

Yes my college is in the list since the start and have given biometrics too still no update.

for jan i havent heard a single case of an update. Untill unless deffered during the submission of visa application.

That when you log into your GCKey the Current status changes to Application/profile updated, that is ghost update

For now most ppr rains are for fall intake applicants with AIP.

Yeah winter intake students also getting ppr that's what I am saying, he is thinking that winter students are not getting ppr that's why I told that

I have applied for Jan, 2021 intake on Aug 19. Received AIP on September 2. VFS was closed in my country. Now it's open and my biometric Appointment date is on November 30. Now let's see how it leads me forward.

How would I get AIP without eligibility being started. My eligibility started few days after I applied. I passed my medical on Aug 27. Yes I applied to Jan intake directly.
