Iwould like to immigrate to Canada what shall I do??

Hi .. I live me and my husband in jordan..(my age is 40) Ihave amaster degree in leadership..my job is headmaster in school..ihave two kids..we are thinking to immigrate to Canada....any body can help please and tell me what's the first step I shall to do??!! Thank you....
