Unfortunately neither program is going to be an option for you at this time.
To be selected through the Skilled Workers program, you must have enough points under the Express Entry immigration system to be selected over other applicants. This means you would need to have 470+ points. You will not score enough points based on your level of education.
To qualify for the Skilled Trades program, you must have experience in a trade. Firefighting is not classified as a trade.
If you wish to immigrate to Canada, it's important that you at least complete your bachelor degree if not further education.
You need to be eligible for Express Entry with at least 67 points. If you are fluent in French and English you will gain points but lose many points without a college/university education.
