Its urgent.. SOWP

My husband got SOWP inland (Canada).
He went back to home country after 1week of issuing OWP.
He has valid TRV too.i am concerned about his re entry Canada. Because OWP allows single entry. He is planning to come next month.
My concern is his OWP is still valid or not. He will enter with TRV. What situation he will face on arrival.

It should be valid, OWP is a permit to work and TRV is the part as long these 2 are valid it should fine...

Can I leave and come back to Canada if I have a work permit?
Yes. However, a work permit isn’t a travel document. It doesn’t give you the right to travel to Canada. Along with your permit, you need either:

• a temporary resident visa or
• an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA)

Having an eTA or a visa, along with your work permit, doesn’t guarantee that we will let you back into Canada. You must show the border services officer that you meet all the requirements before we will let you re-enter.

The only problem I see is with the OHIP part https://www.ontario.ca/page/apply-ohip-and-get-health-card check with Service Ontario on this

OWP is entitled with single entry . and he just left the Canada for some emergency. Now he can enter and work on that visa. We are so concerned. What questions he will face on arrival.

You should check if the TRV is single or multiple entry if it is multiple entry it should not be an issue to re-enter...

For OHIP check with ServiceOntario....they have certain requirements for minimum stay in Ontario
