Its compulsory to add transcripts for study permit extension

I am applying for my study permit extension. Its compulsory to apply transcripts. Please help me!

Is there any issue or chances of refusal if i will attach enrollment letter and confirmation letter but not transcripts?

I call to my university they said i have to pick up from university. Thats why i asked if its possible without transcripts.

I dont know if it is compulsory for the transcript to be official, but when I did mine I got it from the school website.
