Is there a way to know if they even received my passport? The tracking says it's been delivered but there's no update/news or way of knowing if they actually have my passport. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions on if this is normal? I'm worried my passport didn't even reach CIO-Ottawa. Is there any way of tracking down where the passport is?!

Same for me, my passport was delivered on April 8th, no update since then. Don't worry, it is actually not that rare to have to wait 4 weeks or more. As long as your tracking number show passport delivered, it is in their hands.
You can call them to ask for the status if you want but they will probably tell you to keep waiting.
