Appears that CIC is bypassing applications that are more than 12 months old and not completed in favour of those that are less than 12 months to ensure they get their "80% in 12 months" statistics correct. Sorry May, April, March and earlier applicants, your processing any earlier now will just take time from CIC to get their figures in order.

Where are you getting this information from?
Read mate, read ................... it says "it appears" so most likely based upon observations, right?

Thats quite an observation. For my sake I hope you are right. It means I am gonna get my MR faster now.
And hope you are wrong for those guys from May and earlier
Haven't you noticed that June, July applications seem to be moving faster in the past 2 weeks or so, and some May ones, probably the later ones in May.
