ITA received - 15th August (Police Clearance)

I received an ITA this Tuesday. I already have my PCC from 2021 November. I am a CEC candidate and have to to India only once this year in January for a month. Would my PCC be valid still or do I need a new PCC. Please anyone who has knowledge a help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

Is there an expiry date on it? If so, yes. See guidelines.

Then read the guidelines. If you meet them then you don’t need a new PCC

Your PCC is still valid . If you lived in India continuously 180 days you need new PCC. Your PCC is still valid and there is no expiry date on PCC.

There have been plenty of incidents where application was rejected due to PCC issue. The general opinion of various consultants is that the PCC should be issued after last date you were in that country.

I have heard about that. Its always better to be safe. So I have applied for my PCC. If I do not receive on time I plan to upload the PPC application form along with my older PCC and a LoE
