Thanks for all the help so far.
New queries are :

1. After receiving ITA message is there any process that should be followed to accept the ITA - button or link to accept ?

2. What should be the steps one should start right away after receiving ITA, that can take considerable time ?

3. How much time it can take after submission of PR application before u get your visa stamped ?

No you will find an application for PR that you need to fill. No such thing as "accept ITA" Continue application or Decline are the options. Immediately call and book medicals and order PCC as these things seems to be what take the most time. (In my country it was 1 week for medical, 5 minutes for PCC but some have complained it took months)
Anywhere from 2 to 6 months if all is well. In some cases people have waited more
