Education (diplomas/degrees) (required) - Should WES report of Master's be sufficient or do I need to upload Bachelor's transcripts as well?
Employment Records (required) - Offer Letter, Experience Letter/Relieving Letter
Proof of Means of Financial Support (required) - Can I also upload paystubs to support the POF along with the GIFT Deed and also the bank official letter?

Stop. This thread is full of misleading information.
-Only provide reference letters for work experience you have claimed points for, in other words, mentioned in the "work history" section. The system will provide upload fields only for the work experiences claimed in this work history section. This is regardless of whether it's your current or old job. If you mentioned all your work experiences, past and present, in work history section, you'll need to provide reference letters per CIC requirements for EACH JOB. If you don't, you'll face an automatic rejection of your application due to incompleteness.
-You are not required to submit any document AT ALL for work experiences not mentioned in work history section, regardless of current job or old job.
-Same goes for paystubs. They're not required, but if you choose to, only provide paystubs relevant to the work experience you claimed in work history section, regardless if whether it's your current of old job.
-For education, only one proof of education is required. That can be either degree OR mark sheets. Providing an additional proof is totally up to you. Same goes for IELTS and WES, it's optional, but it's indeed a good idea to upload them along with proof of education.

Regarding the education, I have ECA for only Master's and not for Bachelors. So, it seems like I do not need to upload any documents related to Bachelors.

Yes, absolutely right, if no ECA for bachelor don't upload any documents related to that.
Only include ECA (although optional, but still) and proof of education for your Masters as that's what you're claiming points for.
You can go ahead and add IELTS as well, won't hurt. Some people received messages requesting them to upload IELTS later in the process, so might as well upload it upfront as precaution.
