it says decision made few weeks after i sent application. can someone answe pls

hi i recently send application for family sponsorship. im the sponsor. when i checked today application status it says decision made. is it something positive or what?
1-we received application to sponsor june 16
dependent listed on application
2- we sent your correspondence receipt july20
3-we start processing july 19
And today when i checked it says decision made? is it good

The sponsor is approved as eligible to sponsor, that's what the decision made on the sponsor side of ECAS means.If you check the PA side it will say application received.

As prior poster said this is for the Sponsor, not the whole application
