I have worked for a leading investment bank in Pakistan from Mar 2001 to Dec 2009. I was promoted as Deputy Manager from Assistant Manager in July 2009. My experience certificate shows that Mr.Rizwan has worked from Mar 2001 to Dec 2009 and his last designation was Deputy Manager.
My question is that it is ok to qualify for computer and system manager job category for canadian immigration.

You can not qualify under NOC 0213 group. It require management experience in IT industries and you are from banking industries.....
Even thought you check the job duties for NOC : 0213 and they matches with your work experience, you may qualify. I am sure, job duties will not match.....
no worries if you are in an IT deptt in a bank. but check the link in my previous post above to confirm if you perform those duties or not. if you do, then apply. good luck.

I got a standard experience certificate from bank which only stated my job duration and last designation.
Will I have to get a full detailed list of job duties from bank which I performed.
Currently I am working as IT Manager of a Medical university. I am on still propation after 2 months of joining from February 2010.
Is the experience certificate from bank will be suffice which was till Dec 2009 or I should have to provide latest experience also.
You have to show all your work experience, and provide reference letter from all your employer where you work previously.
You have to decide and write all your job duties and you should ask your employer to print the reference letter with Job duties on company's letter paid.
I suggest, you study on your job duties and design job duties for yourself that can be match with NOC:0213.
When you send your initial application to sydney, Canada, and the officer feel you don't have enough point or you are not under 38 demand list, they will send your file back and will not start process and they will send your application fee return back...
But If they start process and send your file to local office of your country, and on later stage, if they are not satisfied with your submitted documents and claimed points, they may reject file. In this case, you will not get your application fee return back. It is not refundable .
