I am filling out the Schedule A background, and I cannot fit the 'full city name, and country' in the little boxes provided. The pdf format cuts me off, which makes the document incomplete? How do I go about changing the font, or can you abbreviate cities if it doesn't say otherwise? Or is there an abbreviation I can use which would refer the gov't to 'see page attached'? i.e. S.P.A
The second part, I can't date my electronic application. I know when you submit electronically the signature is verified through mycic secret questions, but what about the date!? Is that supposed to be blank as well?
