Hi @legalfalcon
I got extended my workpermit (pgwp extension). And applied for passport stamping (TRV) as worker. Instead of w1 visa , they have issued v1 stamping for me.
How can i get that corrected now. Please help me on this.

They are now giving v1s for PGWP

If the permit you received states the correct info, you need not worry.
 
Hi, I did got V1 Visa instead of W1 and I have 3 years of PGWP and currently in India will that be an issue in getting job and while passing immigration. Also some say we need to take return ticket when we are at V1 status but I do have the valid work permit with a V1 stamping
