i have got overall 6 bands in ilets . reading-5.5 L-6.5- W-5 S-6 . I GOT ONE REFUSAL FOR MAY 2018 INTAKE. I HAVE APPLIED UNDERR NON SPP COLLEGE .HAS RULES CHANGED FOR PRIVATE COLLEGE. PLZ GUIDE ME FAST

5 is too low, check the admission requirements of the college on their website, but even if you get admission you are unlikely to get a visa with a 5.

Improve your score or look for a school that offers conditional acceptance where you will have to do an additional English course (EAP) first before you are allowed to study the actual program, but this is a huge waste of money, improving IELTS is the best option.
