Hi all,
I am applying for Federal Skilled skilled worker program this year, however, my spouse is interested in study in Canada this year January intake and she will be applying for student visa.
Will there be a conflict due to two application?( my federal skilled worker application and my wife student visa)
If she gets international student visa, then i will be her dependent.
Then, what will happen to my Federal skilled worker application, will that be discarded by the immigration office?.

However, you should also remember that if they ask your spouse if she's interested in moving to Canada and if she applied for PR, that would be a double-edged sword: on the one hand it is not the best idea to misrepresent facts and tell lie, on the other hand, to get a studying permit, your spouse will have to convince the immigration officer she has no intentions to stay in Canada and she will definitely return back home after her studies.
If I am understanding it correctly, the best option for me now is to wait for my spouse student visa then I go for FSW visa application.
As a student dependent is it possible to apply FSW?

It is up to you but remember the FSW program will cease to exist on 01.01.2015, so you either apply now, or wait for the Express Entry program in 2015.
As a student dependent it is also possible to apply under FSWP. But you will probably have to come out of Canada and re-enter it to land as permanent residents. Your spouse's student's visa may be crossed right at the port of entry then. You better explore this process further, I'm not 100% sure how it works.
