Is WES mandatory for a PR application ?

Hello All,

I have bachelors degrees from home country, two year graduate certificate from Canada, 1 year work experience in Canada. Do I have to do WES to get ECA for my foreign application in order to apply for PR under EE category ? Is it mandatory or can I not do WES ?

You should get an ECA only if it increase your potential CRS points.

Alright so with my 1 year Canadian work Experience my points come up to 473 in the CRS calculator. I’m planning to provide only my 2year Canada study experience as well. I hope this point is good enough.
