1/ Im currently putting up in Gurgaon (Haryana) n got to know that my visa would be stamped at Chandigarh????? any idea????? ( RPRF & PP SUBMITTED to CIC ND; RPRF ENCASHED)
2/ Does case specific query through email delay the process??????

1. Immigration files are not handled at Chandigarh. CHC ND is only dealing immigration files in India.
2. All have different views, some say it does not effect and some say it delays.
