Is this suitable for PNP

I am new here, I would like to get an advice from here.
My spouse got IELTS score 6 Overall, 5.5-R, 6.5-W, 6- L and S. She is a teacher with experience 5+, age 31, have a kid 4yrs, Indian citizen.
Is this profile good for province nominee programme?
Is it good to approach processing via Immigration agencies?

Are you the main applicant or your spouse? If your spouse, her IELTs scores are too low so she is not eligible for Express Entry. What does her ECA state? She needs higher IELTS scores. What is her NOC because most teaching NOCs are ineligible because teaching is a licensed profession.

She is the principle applicant. I feel her NOC 4031 (high school teacher).

So she is not eligible for Express Entry with her low IELTS scores. Her only option is Express Entry because her NOC will be ineligible for PNPs because her NOC is a licensed profession. Improve her IELTS to become eligible for EE. She needs a high CRS score for any invitation.
