Is this reason for profile ineligible??

Guys,

50 NOCs were present for Last year's skilled immigration. I think Canada accepting EE profiles for these NOCs only.
Has canada mentioned which all NOCs they accepting for EE? Is this reason for profile ineligible? We might get new NOC list in April. Also there has to be upper limit for each NOC. Are profiles ineligible because this upper limit has reached? Thet just cant keep accepting same NOC applications. What you guys think?

No NOC list or caps have been included in the EE programme.
