We are in receipt of your mail with the attached filled application and Interview forms that were sent to you. We appreciate your interest and willingness to work in our Hotel. We have gone through your profile and this has made us consider to offer you the post because of your work experience but this position becomes official when the management has concluded, which will be coming up after you agree with the terms and condition of this Hotel by signing this contract with us.

RE: OFFER OF APPOINTMENT:
Sir,
We wish to extend to you an offer of employment in our Company BAYLORCON HOTEL,
CANADA as ACCOUNTANT and if you accept this offer, the following terms and
conditions will apply.
1. Position and duties:
The employee shall carry out all lawful and legitimate duties assigned by
the employer.
2. Working Hours:
The Company workings hours are from 9am to 6pm. (Monday-Friday). You are
entitled to one hour of lunch in break every day. But there may be shifting
schedule in case of emergency.
3. Salary:
Your starting basic monthly take home salary will be $10,500.00 CAD per
Month after deducting tax and insurance which maybe received before 23rd of
every Month. Salary can be transferred to any Bank or Country of your
choice. You will also receive the sum of $200 weekly as upkeep allowance.
4. Accommodation:
Accommodation on arrival and throughout the two years contract duration will
be provided in our reserved staff apartments at BAYLORCON HOTEL, CANADA

5. Annual Leave:

leave becomes due after the completion of three (3) months probation. The
Organization shall bear the cost of Air fare for vacation trip for employee

two weeks compulsory training to keep you abreast on the nature of your

7. Visa Procurement:

8. Public Holidays:
All government gazette public holiday may be observed depending On the
exigencies of work. The management may decide to operate on a holiday on

official statement from the company.
9. Benefits:
You will be permitted to participate in the following benefits in accordance
with our policies as may change from time to time, and after meeting with
