I applied to IEC working holiday visa and it was refused due to my then residing situation.

I’ve been attempting to apply again but every time I get an error says my profile exists in the pool.

I believe the profile is supposed to be deleted automatically after a refusal, but mine remained somehow.

I’ve been trying to contact IRCC via WebForm about this but I haven’t heard anything back yet even though it’s been weeks…

Did anyone have the same issue? Is this an internal or technical issue? I don’t know what to do anymore.
