For Vancouver office, it would take 5-8 weeks to get the landing interview. So nothing to worried about, just wait.
It would ask you to bring the following documents,
Ø Your sponsor if you are being landed under the In-Canada Spousal/Family Class

Ø Two photos (within the last 12 months) for each person becoming a permanent resident (please visit: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf).

Ø All documents issued to you by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, such as your working permit, visitor visa, etc....

No, they don't need an interview.

Show up. Answer the COPR questions. Sign the COPR. Leave as a PR.
