IS THIS A COURES MISMATCH?

i studied civil engineering in my bachelors and i have been denied twice for applying to study advanced diploma in civil engineering technology.

I want to reapply the third time with a post graduate certificaate in construction project management;

I will like to know if its a course mismatch?

Advance Diploma is of same level as Graduation.. As u already have bachelors degree u must take Post Graduate diploma.. If u want to pursue advance diploma then u have to apply for (Fast Track Advance diploma ) in civil engg.

course is DESIGN ( advance diploma accelerated course) . i have completed bachelors in mechanical.
i was about to pay the tuition fees.

It is completely f9 to go for fast track diploma.. But i dont know wether ur courses match each other or not.. If both courses match then there ll b no problem..

yeah course is integral part of mechanical branch.
but now the main concern is my IELTS score
