Hello guys, I have three questions (the one in the title is the main one).
I have a work experience of only one year (12 months) and it was abroad. here is the deal:
1-
I have a one year of experience under NOC A
- Experience letter + statement of earnings + contract of employment + 3 last pay slips all match CIC conditions such as 30hrs/ week, full-time, duties list and 12 months and NOC description.
- the issue is when I would fill up my travel history, and since I have worked abroad, the period is less than 12 months, around 11 due to my annual leave and also remotely working.
Would that be problematic?
Travel documents is this way:
17/10/2015 travel from home to abroad
02/09/2016 left abroad for home
My work experience is from October 19th, 2015 to October 19th, 2016.

2-
I was issued a PCC on October 2017 by the police department of the country where I resided from 2015 to 2016. It mentions on the certificate: "The validity of the information on this certificate is as of the date of issue". Knowing that I have never been back to that country and that no period of validity is mentioned on the document, it is still a valid one?

3-
Ideally, the gift deed should be dated before or after the FD?
Regards

If your experience letter says it's continuous employment it will be fine. I also traveled a few times during my job and I had no issue.
