Apply before 1st. Meaning this week between monday to thursday. Your safe till then.

If you want to start from applying for colleges/univs, then no chance!

If you have the admission, then you may just have enough time if hurry! Get the pre-medicals, get a loan, and pay the fees all asap! and file the visa and hope for the best!

If you have done all the above already, then surely yes!
