Hello all. I am a pakistani national without a canadian visa. My wife has canadian PR and kids are canadian nationals. I want to meet my kids and wife in canada. Is there any chance i can get a canadian visit visa to meet them. Or is there any other fast track?
No way to expedite. IRCC expects that you should be sponsored by spouse for PR so getting TRV will be difficult. You can apply and will need to show strong ties to return, funds, and travel history. Given spouse and children are in Canada then you have no family ties to return.

There's no fast track process. If you want to visit then you apply for a TRV.

OP may indeed have family there (Parents?).

But that is really not a tie to return if spouse is PR and kids are Canadian.
It's much easier to be sponsored than to get a visa. And why don't you?
thanks for ur replies. The issue is my wife did not declare our marriage at the time she got her PR . We married before she got her PR. Is there any chance she can sponsor me? How about H and C as i have two kids there 5 and 7 years

She can submit an appliction to sponsor you however you should expect it will be refused because she failed to delcare you. You can try to submit the application with H&C considerations however refusal is still extremely extremely likely.
Your best option is to qualify for PR on your own / independently through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.
Thanks for ur reply. Is express entry a better way or any other economic program

It depends on your profile and score. You will have to determine this.
Is there any link that can help me with understanding EE

Or use ChatGPT.
Information is in the link below. This is a point-based program and you want to have a score of over 500.

Thank you for ur reply. I calculated my score but i am harldy at 350. Is there any other way based on investment or how about a student visa. I did my degree i.e bachelors in 2010 but didnt pursue studies or work related to degree. I am running a business and its not related to my degree.

There is no easy path.
You can try applying for a study permit however will need to convince IRCC that you are a genuine student and are not coming to Canada on a study permit primarily for the purposes of immigrating. You will also need to explain why you need to come all the way to Canada to complete this further education (vs. completing in your home country) and how this further education will progress your career. Since you have a bachelor and completed this degree a long time ago, you would want to take a master's degree in Canada to have a strong profile for a study permit. Be aware that getting to Canada on a study permit does not guarantee PR and you will need to show significant savings to be approved.
There are investor programs in some provinces. There are minimum net worth requirements (e.g. for BC, you must show you have a net worth of at least $600K) and also minimum amounts you must be willing to invest in your business in Canada (for BC, that minimum you must be able to invest is $200K). You must also show a strong business plan for the business you plan to start in Canada and past experience in starting / managing your own business. I don't know which province you want to live in.
