Me and my husband live in East side of USA and we have received COPR and PR visa in our passport.

We are planning to visit Vancouver,BC for stamping.

Question : Is there restriction for any entry port via international flight?
Let assume we are flying from Chicago to Vancouver(YVR), BC airport.

Please Advise. Thanks in Advance!

No restriction, provided you are not a PNP applicant landing in a different province or an EE applicant trying to land in Quebec.
 
No restrictions. I landed yesterday at the Windsor ON border then flew back to Denver same day and my 14 yr old son will land in Halifax next week by air. It shouldn't take more than an hour for paperwork.
