The refusal letter you received should already say why you were refused.
The GCMS notes show why the case officer reached the decision, or specific circumstances in your application. It'll only help if you think you were wrongly refused, but if you share here the reasons for refusal and the documents you submitted, maybe members here can help you.
You already got the refusal reasons but you can see what exactly the VO said in GCMS notes. It may not help much but it's only 5$. So I would suggest getting the GCMS notes before re-applying and make sure you have have overcome the refusal reasons.

The person ties to his or her country of residence ( Including immigration status employment and family)

Then it might be related to what your job is in your home country. It might be an unstable job in your home country (i.e. high turnover), or the visa officer thought that your salary is not sufficient that you would want to remain in that job on a long term basis.
