I'm a 23 year old fresh grad with exactly 17 months of experience ( I worked next to my full time study) and with an overall IELTS score of 8.
My experience is clearly very little but is there a way I can immigrate to Canada?
Here are some info that could help:
1. I'm a UX designer under the A NOC class.
2. Half of my work experience is in Germany, and I graduated from a German University outside of Germany.
3. I only have a bachelor's degree outside of Canada, ECA equaled it to a 4 year Bachelor's in Canada.
4. I have zero French skills, no job offer and no family members immigrating with me.
5. My exact IELTS scores are : Listening 8.5, Reading 9, Speaking 8.5, Writing 6.5
1 - What is your score under the six selection factors?
2 - Do you meet the minimum required funds?
3 - Did you make the common mistake of stating hours worked per day instead of hours worked per week?
So, in your opinion what's the most practical way to achieve that? I have top marks in Languages so it doesn't make sense to retake IELTS, would I need to do something drastic like getting a second degree?

You don't have top marks on your IELTS, you failed to achieve CLB 9 in your writing section (score of 7) so not only is your eligibility being affected because of that but also your CRS will suffer greatly and most likely won't be competitive enough for an ITA.
