Hello everyone, I am new here, so I hope someone can help me..Since 2 days I am trying to upload my documents for online application for a visitor visa (I live in germany, I am Turkish, so I need a visa) however after I register myself and login, I cannot proceed further since the web site says that there is either a technical problem or they are updating..do you have any experience about this? how long would it take? is there a phone number that I can call and ask for outside of Canada?
