Is there a possibility to receive a second NOI from Ontario PNP(Not simultaneously)?

Hi,

My NOI from Ontario got expired before I could apply for PNP and so the application got rejected. Is there any possibility to receive another NOI for my profile? Or do I have to create another profile to receive NOI from Ontario province in future?
