Is there a formal form to fill out after ITA

Hello everyone

I received my ITA and I am preparing all my documents such as police certificates, medical exam form, etc.

Somehow, I didn’t see any forms to fill out. I am talking about PDF forms usually starting with IMM and four digits, like the one I filled out when applying PGWP.

Is this normal??

Yes. No pdf forms.
