Is there a chronological order for Invitation?

My CRS score is 446 and it was submitted on 31-07-2017. Should I expect to get an invitation on the Aug 02nd draw? Or would it go in a chronological order of candidates who have submitted EOI before, with a score more than 440.
Or, would everyone who has scored above 441 get the invitation regardless of the date they have submitted EOI

As of now everyone with 441 or above will get the ITA. Wait 24h
