Dear friends,
I am a refuge claimant who reffered to IRCC for decision, I did my medical tests last 14 days and got Emedical information sheet, I want to apply for work permit and start my application online and they required a proof of medical test have been done as UPfront medical form! For my case I have the elictronic form that they can go there and find all my medical tests,Is this enough for proof or I should get the Upfront medical report instead!
