Is the 2 stage process still in place for study permits submitted after September 15?

Please do you have any information if the 2 stage process still in place for study permits submitted after September 15? According to their page is for :
This 2-stage process only applies to study permit applications

• submitted by September 15, 2020, and
• for programs that start, or started, in spring, summer, or fall 2020

Is this still in place or now do you get only if it is approved or rejected response?

I think they will get back to how they normaly process the files either rejection or approval straight away

They still have not updated the AIP rules.Do u know when they are having a webinar or something like that?
