Is same day visitor visa still available in any of consulate office?

I am trying to find out whether a US visa holder can obtain canada visitor visa in person on the same day applied? I am not able to find relevant information on General Consulate website. I know this can be done in Detroit or Buffalo office before. Any input will be greatly appreciated.

1 No, as only LA and New York process TRVs and you have to apply through the VAC. The posted processing time is 13 days,

Even i am looking for an option for expedited service. I understand that for UK visa that is possible but is there any way to expedite Canadian visa TRV process?
