I want to study a masters program in public relations as an international student. Is it a good course to study in Canada, are there job opportunities for it?
What are the job opportunities for it in your home country? That is the question you need to answer to get a study permit.
Do you speak French and English because PR would see this as a benefit since news agencies are in the two languages? Do you have a background in PR so have experience? Since you don’t have Canadian experience it may be more difficult.

I speak very good English and have little knowledge of french, my question was directed to staying back to work in Canada after studies. My first degree is law, im a qualified lawyer in my home country, but i want a career change. I hv no background in pr. I wanted to know if there are job opportunities for it in Canada.

If you don’t have a background in PR nor Canadian work experience, you may have some difficulty finding employment. To get a study permit, you need to show career progression in your home country and why you need a Masters in PR since you are a lawyer.
