I received invitation under CEC. I have a full time job but wasn't eligible to get 50 or 200 pts. Can I change my answer to the question " how much money will you bring to Canada?" to zero? or just leave it unchanged and upload LOE and some pay-stubs?

Why do you need to change that? as long as your ITA is under CEC, you don't have to provide any PoF.

Both are valid option. (Pay stub not needed.)

In Any case mention in LOE that you are applying under CEC and you don't require to provide proof of fund.

So just like they said you can make the change to "0" or upload a letter in the POF slot stating that you've been invited under the CEC program and thus, no POF are required.
