Police certificates may be required for students by some visa offices.
It may be sensible to obtain a police certificate and provide a copy with your application, rather than wait for a last minute request from the visa officer.

Can you please point out where it says that student from Bangladesh and Pakistan has to submit police certificate and it is not required for Indian students.It is a general statement which mean the requirements are same for every body (I guess I made myself clear)

It does not mention specific offices, I have never claimed that it did.
My original statement:
